Titan Consulting is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Recruitment team. Reporting to our Recruitment Manager, you will promote Titan and generate relationships.

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to identify, engage, and attract outstanding candidates who match our clients' needs. You will work in close collaboration with our recruiting team to build a talent pipeline and ensure the success of our recruitment efforts.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential candidates via email, phone, or social media to discuss job opportunities and assess their interest.
  • Use various sourcing techniques, such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and databases, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct keyword and Boolean searches to find candidates with the desired skills and experience.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to establish a talent pipeline.
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand client requirements and assist in tailoring candidate searches to match client needs.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates for future job openings, building a talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • You have a University or College degree, or are pursuing one
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A go-getter who is looking to grow with the company
