Plan to use your three years of construction planning experience to push yourself and the projects you work on to new levels. Plan to work on many projects at once. Plan to work on small residential projects to large commercial ones. Plan to bring people and projects together in ways that make it look easy. Prepare and maintain project schedule using the current project management software tools; Actively involved with sales team and trades on site.
Participate in product knowledge training with our staff & suppliers.
Three (3) years of Project Coordination industry experience.
Post-secondary education and relevant courses in management & supervision would be an asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong understanding of general management principles.
Strong drive and proven track record of successfully completing complex projects.
Proficiency in project management software.
