Inspired HR is currently looking for our next Recruitment Specialist to work in partnership with a team of HR Consultants and their clients.

The Team

As we continue to grow our recruitment function, this role will be ever evolving. How you will make an impact

This role provides tailored recruitment support to clients across multiple industries and geographies through direct sourcing, running advertising campaigns, and creative outreach. You will research, build, and grow a talent community, help develop our recruitment function and collaborate with our internal team to convey our employee value proposition.

What you will do

  • Provide full cycle recruitment including sourcing, selection, interviewing, reference checks and hiring documentation; to ensure the most highly qualified and best-suited candidates are selected for all positions
  • Develop and execute cost-effective and creative resourcing strategies that meet the needs of our clients
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches and recruiting activities and accurate utilization of our Applicant Tracking System
  • Build partnerships with clients in order to understand their staffing-related business objectives
  • Function as a resource; providing advice, guidance and counselling to applicants and clients

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • At least three years experience in recruitment or HR generalist position in a fast-paced work environment
  • Passion about knowledge and researching new talent sourcing channels and creative ways to attract and engage with quality candidates

Competencies

  • Quality, consistency, and drive for results
  • Strong sourcer and interviewer, eye for talent
  • Full understanding of EVP, company culture, team, hiring manager
  • Knowledge of Boolean search, candidate engagement, high response rates
  • Manage the entire process with strong metrics and ensures a strong candidate experience
  • Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment; demonstrated reliability and ability to be flexible
