Starte Deine Karriere als Trainee Recruiting (m/w/d) und wachse mit uns am Standort Frankfurt a. M. oder komplett remote.

Wir entwickeln Dich zur Schnittstelle zwischen Unternehmen mit IT-Personalbedarf und dem Bewerbermarkt. Du erlernst die entscheidende Basis unserer Arbeit über ein dreimonatiges Trainee-Programm und bist von Beginn an in die Bearbeitung von Suchmandaten involviert. Erfahrene Recruiter, Dein persönlicher Mentor und natürlich Deine Führungskraft geben Dir ihre Expertise weiter, damit Du erfolgreich durchstarten kannst.

Deine Aufgabe
  • potenzielle Talente in Online-Netzwerken identifizieren und proaktiv ansprechen
  • End-to-end-Recruiting-Prozess gestalten: Bewerbervorauswahl, Telefon-Interview, Profilpräsentation, Terminkoordination, Feedback-Gespräche
  • Bestandskundenbeziehungen weiterentwickeln
Dein Profil
  • ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, wirtschaftsnahes Studium
  • idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Beratung von Kunden oder im Personalwesen
  • eine ausgeprägte Service-Mentalität und Leistungswille
  • sehr gute Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Eigenmotivation, Verlässlichkeit, Ergebnisorientierung und ein ausgesprochener Teamplayer
