Chez Alcumus, nous recherchons actuellement un analyste de la configuration des systèmes pour configurer et personnaliser les applications Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM conformément à nos exigences commerciales.

Qu'est-ce que cela signifie au jour le jour / What that means day-to-day:
  • Impliqué dans la planification, les ateliers de découverte/exigences, la documentation, la génération d'estimations et le soutien à la mise en œuvre des projets Dynamics CRM/365.
  • Concevoir, développer et tester les personnalisations de Dynamics CRM 365.
  • Collaborer avec les utilisateurs finaux, les analystes commerciaux, les chefs de projet et la direction pour les améliorations et les mises à niveau du système.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe pour dépanner et résoudre les problèmes.
  • S'assurer que le processus de demande de changement est suivi comme documenté dans les politiques informatiques de l'entreprise.
  • Fournir une assistance lors des tests UAT et de régression
  • Réaliser des projets spéciaux et fournir un soutien au projet à la demande de la haute direction.
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir

Essentiel

  • Compréhension des fonctionnalités prêtes à l'emploi de Dynamics 365
  • Expérience de configuration et de personnalisation avec Microsoft Dynamics D365.
  • Expérience dans la création et la maintenance de la documentation utilisateur et technique sur les processus, les politiques, la configuration des applications et le matériel d'aide aux utilisateurs.
  • Familiarité avec les capacités et les fonctions de Power Platform.


Souhaitable

  • Parlant français
  • Expérience de travail dans un environnement agile
  • Certifications Microsoft pour Dynamics 365 au niveau associé.
  • Diplômé d'un diplôme de technologie
