Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes and maximize client satisfaction.Go-to-Market (GTM) Practice: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to promote practice offerings, increase brand awareness, and generate new business opportunities. Partner with sales, marketing, and alliance teams to create compelling messaging, collateral, and campaigns to target key market segments and drive demand for Salesforce solutions.What you bring to be successfulPost-secondary education in a business or technology-related fieldMinimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a Salesforce practice within a consulting organization.Broad experience across multiple Salesforce products (e.g. Sales, Service, Marketing, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Commerce, MuleSoft etc) with depth of expertise in specific clouds.Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive business development initiatives, and achieve revenue targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.Experience leading and collaborating with project teams members in fast-paced environments with tight timelines and budgets. Ability to drive solutions and accelerators and develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies to promote practice offerings and expand market presence.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or any other consulting family of Certifications) are highly desirable.Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA) is a plus.
