In this position, your goal is to perform best-in-class optimizations and expertly provide recommendations that drive client’s performance in collaboration with the Associate Director for our eCommerce and lead gen clients.Key Responsibilities:Proficient in paid media capabilities (paid social and paid search), ability to find best-in-class solutions for clients.Manage and oversee flawless campaign setup, execution of strategy, daily management of budgets, monitor the goals and KPIs for a portfolio, and perform optimizations.Monitor promotional/creative calendars and ensure the accuracy of ad specs/campaign objectives.Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot tracking.Remain up-to-date on upcoming tools/tech solutions that would work for their overall media strategy.Proactively prepare industry POVs.Educate colleagues and clients on best practices and campaign objective requirements, as required.Frequently present results and recommendations to clients.Mentor and train Digital Strategists and Coordinators on tools and processes.Partner with Associate Directors to source proposals from 3rd party vendors.Implement and manage website tagging and conversion tracking for Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key performance metrics for online advertising campaigns.Create and manage audiences across multiple media platforms.Collaborate with the Associate Directors to provide insights from Meta and Google Ads that aid in informing RFPs, decks, proposals, and planning recommendations.Pull data and generate best-in-class deliverables with meaningful insights/recommendations with storytelling aspects for clients from available technology platforms and services.Desired Skills & Experience:Minimum of four (4)+ years experience in Paid Social and Paid Search; preferably having executed and optimized Google campaigns such as Search, Performance Max (PMax), Shopping, Display GDN, and Demand Gen, as well as Meta tactics such as UGC, Prospecting, Retargeting, Advantage+, and DPA.Solutions driven.Proficient with media platforms (for example Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Microsoft Ads, AMS, Meta, TikTok, X/Twitter, Apple Search, etc.).Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a media partner is a plus.Demonstrated ability to effectively apply knowledge and insights gained from research resources to real-time media plans.Loves handling large data sets and crunching numbers. Passion for data, emerging media, and AI/ technology.Strong learning agility, with a passion for continuous development.A proactive approach to problem-solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.Ability to develop and foster relationships both internally and externally.Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Post-secondary education (or equivalent work experience) - University graduate and/or advertising/marketing college degree preferred.Why Join ADG✈️ Unlimited vacation days and semi-flexible hours.
