We are helping drive Canada to a competitive, net-zero society by 2050.About the Role:Position Summary:Reporting to The Transition Accelerator’s CEO, the Director of Finance and Operations leads all operational functions of the organization including finance/accounting, human resources, administration and IT. The Director oversees all finance and accounting functions, conducts cashflow projections and monitors treasury activities. The Director is responsible for both the human resource and financial management of the organization, including planning, performance monitoring, risk management/mitigation, financial reporting and execution of human/financial functions aligned with TA’s annual and strategic plans.
