We handle a high volume of Personal Injury, Real Estate, Immigration, Family Law, Litigation, Corporate/Commercial, and Wills & Estates matters. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Personal Injury department and are seeking a skilled lawyer to take independent carriage of files.

We are looking for a Personal Injury Lawyer with minimum 3 years of plaintiff-side experience who can independently manage both AB and Tort files from intake through to resolution. This role is ideal for someone confident in litigation strategy, negotiation, and direct client handling without the need for supervision.

Conduct client consultations, develop litigation strategy, and maintain strong communication
Draft pleadings, motion records, mediation briefs, settlement proposals, and LAT materials
Negotiate settlements and advocate for client interests
Collaborate with support staff, law clerks, and administrative team
Minimum 3 years of plaintiff-side Personal Injury experience
Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills

Administrative and clerical support to focus on legal work, not paperwork
