Nucleom is currently recruiting an NDT Technician to join their team, reporting to Operations Manager and/or Project Manager. The NDT Technician will be responsible for participating in various customer projects, conducting non-destructive testing across multiple sectors, including petrochemical, industrial, and nuclear markets. This role entails utilising equipment and software to perform inspections in line with customer specifications.

• Planning and Preparation: Prepare for customer inspections by organising materials and equipment.
• Non-Destructive Inspections: Conduct non-destructive inspections using appropriate techniques and methods.
• Instrument Operation: Operate, calibrate, and adjust instruments as necessary for accurate testing.
• Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret data collected during inspections.
• Technique Development: Contribute to the development of inspection techniques and methods.
• Report Writing: Prepare comprehensive reports following on-site inspections.
• Procedure Development: Assist in the development of non-destructive testing and quality control procedures.
• Compliance: Adhere to quality, health, and safety procedures at all times.
• Issue Reporting: Report any non-conformities or customer dissatisfaction promptly and appropriately.

• Previous experience in non-destructive testing or a related field is desirable.
• Proficiency in operating NDT equipment and software.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret inspection data accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
