The candidate will get more exposure to the Articulate Storyline / Articulate 360 tool.Typical Day in Role:• Design and develop digital learning assets (e-learning courses & training videos) as per digital learning standards and accessibility guidelines to help employees maintain or improve job skills.• Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge• Assess performance expectations to design and develop to a customized digital learning solution• Develop digital learning programs for employees across our global network.Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:• 3 years of experience in instructional design (Digital learning)• 3 years of experience working with Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, RISE), Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud• 3 years of experience in storyboarding and translating the storyboard into digital learning assets (e-learning or training videos) please provide links to the portfolios.• Knowledge of adult learning theories and practicesSoft Skills Required:• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Strong analytical skills and attention to detailNice-To-Have Skills:• Spanish language skills an asset• Knowledge of Lectora Online and Desktop•Technical documentation or writing experience is an asset
