This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our Seasonal Plants department, encompassing annuals, herbs, veggies, and the creation of captivating displays. ~ Product Knowledge:

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of annual plants, herbs, and vegetables, staying abreast of industry trends.
Educate and assist customers in selecting the perfect seasonal plants for their needs.
~ Team Management:

Lead and inspire a small team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
Conduct training sessions to enhance team knowledge and performance.
~ Operations:

Oversee the restocking of plants to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Implement effective plant care practices, including watering, pruning, and pest control.
Ensure the department maintains a clean and organized appearance.
~ Visual Merchandising:

Create visually impactful displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop eye-catching arrangements and thematic presentations.
~ Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by offering expert advice and guidance.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
~ Proven experience in a similar role within the horticulture or garden center industry.

Strong knowledge of seasonal plants, including care requirements and growing conditions.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, working well in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
