La Edmonton Regional Airports Authority («Edmonton Airports») cherche à recruter une conseillère ou un conseiller juridique permanent à temps plein au sein du bureau de l’avocate générale ou de l’avocat général, de la conformité et de la gouvernance. La personne retenue collaborera étroitement avec les équipes d’Edmonton Airports, en offrant des conseils et un appui juridiques sur un large éventail de projets et d’initiatives. Sous la responsabilité de la direction des services juridiques, la conseillère ou le conseiller juridique fait partie du bureau de l’avocate générale ou de l’avocat général, de la conformité et de la gouvernance d’Edmonton Airports. La conseillère ou le conseiller juridique sera chargé de fournir des avis, des conseils et un appui juridiques opportuns, précis et complets à toutes les unités fonctionnelles d’Edmonton Airports. La conseillère ou le conseiller juridique se concentrera sur divers travaux réglementaires et commerciaux.
rédiger, réviser et négocier des contrats liés à l’immobilier commercial, en particulier des contrats de location et de licence.
administrer les contrats et faire la tenue des dossiers.
déterminer et réduire les risques juridiques pour Edmonton Airports.
détenez un diplôme en droit d’une université accréditée.
pouvez fournir des conseils et une formation continue sur les questions juridiques concernant l’entreprise.
avez la capacité de gérer et d’examiner les conseils externes et d’évaluer leurs performances, la qualité du travail et les coûts pour le compte des autres unités fonctionnelles, le cas échéant.
pouvez coordonner la gestion efficace des risques juridiques et commerciaux de l’entreprise par la détermination, l’évaluation et l’atténuation appropriées et en temps utile des risques juridiques et commerciaux.
possédez obligatoirement des compétences informatiques supérieures en matière de communication, notamment en ce qui concerne MS Office, Sharepoint et Outlook et vous êtes en mesure d’apprendre rapidement de nouvelles technologies.
devrez obtenir et conserver une habilitation de sécurité aéroportuaire appropriée et une vérification acceptable du casier judiciaire.
