As a Project Coordinator you will be part of a fast paced team, working closely with senior managers on exciting and innovative projects. #Participation in a team environment, working closely with Project Manager, other Project Coordinators, Project Directors/Technical Leads and Field Technicians/Scientists/Engineers;
Support for Project’s HSSE, which includes working with the Project Manager/client on field requirements, review of HSSE field documentation, attendance at pre- and post-field meetings, field program coordination, etc;
Support the Project Manager by maintaining schedules and tracking ongoing commitments and deliverables to the client;
Control and monitor the progress of projects with respect to scope, schedule, budget, quality, etc. and implement change as appropriate and required by the Project Manager;
Preparation of Minutes and Status Reports for clients, project partners, and/or oversight committees, as appropriate to the project;
Responsibility for maintaining project logs, updating project SharePoint site, ensuring WSP quality control and review processes had been followed;
Assist with development of change orders, proposals, progress reports, work plans, any other deliverables for Project Manager’s review;
Review project charges (invoices) and work with accounting and warehouse colleagues to ensure charges are correct prior to review and approval by a Project Manager.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Environmental Management, Ecology, Engineering or related natural/earth sciences;
~Experience with Oracle would be an asset;
~ Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Sharepoint) is a must;
~ A proven track record of completing projects/tasks on time and with high degree of accuracy and quality.
