Skills and Responsibilities: • Manual Web application testing experience, preferred Salesforce based application testing Analyze business requirements, user stories through formal or informal reviews to determine • System Test criteria and govern the approach to the test effort required Create test scenarios, test scripts, expected results and conduct execute testing according to the Test Plan • Test Strategy Perform test execution, either independently or in partnership with various practitioners business representative’s 3rd party resources • Contribute to the maintenance of test artefacts including status reports as required by our delivery methodology Help plan and estimate work specific to quality management needs • Adhere to and participate in defect management controls, including the analyst amp determining priority of defects • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with the project team and peer groups Perform risk assessment analysis and provides recommendations for improvement • Ensure quality assurance processes, practices, and tools are known and followed Leverage QA software tools for defect management, regression, performance or automation testing based on industry best practices • Skills University Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent experience)• Experience Agile project Execution Methodology Basic knowledge of RDMS database and SQL Effective communicator • Good to have experience in Test Automation tools like Selenium amp QTP UFTAccelQ, etc. .
