Position description – Sales & Operations Coordinator, reporting to : We are seeking a passionate emotionally intelligent Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team reporting directly to the General Manager. The successful candidate will have either FMCG or nursery experience, plant knowledge, strong customer service, multitasking, problem solving skills, and be quick to learn. Strong computer skills are required for this position.
Next person to assist in the account management with the GM’s accounts.
· Sourcing alternative plant materials when required.
· Tagging plant material for GM and customers.
· Running ERP reports as required to support GM and Sales Team.
· Collaborate with Shipping and Receiving to coordinate in/outbound logistics.
· 3+ years of either FMCG or nursery / landscape industry experience
· Business / Horticulture diploma / degree preferred.
· Ability to work Saturdays during busy landscape season.
· Exceptional internal / external customer service skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
· Proactive, creative approaches to problem solving.
· Strong Microsoft office skills
