- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and quantity take-offs
- Review and assess drawings and project specifications
- Define accurate pricing for costs associated with labour and materials
- Evaluate subcontractor quotes for compliance and value
- Assess project risks and propose value engineering solutions
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil estimating
- Proven background in civil construction methodologies
- Proficient with estimating software and tools
- Strong ability to interpret construction documents
- High level of attention to detail with organizational skills
