Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management:
Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Canadian employees using ADP Workforce Now .
Verify and process timesheets, ensuring timely collection and resolution of discrepancies.
Address payroll inquiries and conduct audits for accuracy and compliance.
Benefits Administration:
Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision insurance, and retirement plans.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to maintain competitive and compliant offerings.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local labor regulations, including CNESST (Québec) and WSIB (Ontario).
Manage incident reporting and claims processing as per CNESST and WSIB requirements.
Generate reports and perform payroll and benefits analyses using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
HRIS and Data Management:
Update and maintain accurate employee records in ADP Workforce Now .
Generate analytics and reports to support strategic HR decisions.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management in Canada.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel .
Deep understanding of payroll regulations, time-off policies, and benefits programs in Canada.
Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification or equivalent is required.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
