We are looking for candidates who can be brand ambassadors, friendly and customer service oriented in their interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Welcome and greet clients
  • Assist clients by effectively communicating acquired product knowledge
  • Facilitate point of sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Stock, replenish, merchandise and organize inventory
  • Assist the stringing department by booking racquet stringing and racquet demos for clients
  • General cleaning and organization of the retail sales space and all other store areas
  • Assist with telephone and email inquiries

Requirements :

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills - listening, understanding and responding
  • Friendly, helpful and customer service oriented
  • Work collaboratively with all team members
  • Receptive to feedback and willing to implement recommendations
  • Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast pace environment
  • Commit to a consistent work schedule

Experience :

  • Preference will be given to individuals with a background in tennis and/or retail sales

Hours :15-30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends per store hours

Location : Oakville Store
