- Involved in developing comprehensive annual Business Plans
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Advocate for best practices in the local real estate industry
- Minimum of 8 years in commercial real estate
- Proficient in DCF valuation and financial analysis
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail and deadline-oriented
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
