Lake Shore Gold is located in Timmins, Ontario, a vibrant communityof 45,000 residents that is a central hub for Northeastern Ontario. In Timmins,people can enjoy recreational activities such as camping, world class fishing,nature, and snowmobile trails. Direct flights to Toronto are available atthe local airport via multiple carriers. There are many support networksin the community including the local Timmins and District Hospital, localsports leagues for children and adults (hockey, baseball, basketball, etc.),golf courses, both cross country and downhill ski resorts, a community pool,and many other community events that provide entertainment throughout the year(fairs, carnivals, concerts, etc.).
The Bell Creek Complex, locatedapproximately 20 kilometers northeast of Timmins, Ontario, consists of anunderground mine and processing facility. Ore is then transported to surface via a newly commissioned one thousandeighty metre deep shaft at a mining rate of twenty-five hundred tonnes per day.

The Timmins West mine islocated approximately 18 kilometers west of Timmins, Ontario, one of theworld’s most prolific gold camps. The TimminsWest mine is comprised of the Timmins deposit, the Thunder Creek deposit, andthe 144 Gap deposit. inspecting the work place and eliminating and correcting any hazards by following all prints and drilling instructions provided by the Engineering Department. Duties will include, but are not limited to, prepping the work place, clean and ream holes, drill production holes for long hole stopes, drill service holes as requested, install or take down services and vent and operate equipment as required.
Location: Bell Creek Mine - Porcupine, Ontario 
Rotation: 5-5-4 rotation, 10 hour shifts
Previous experience in all aspects of long hole drilling would be considered an asset
