We are currently seeking a BIT Sharpener to join our Boart Longyear team in Timmins, Ontario

Job Responsibilities:

Sharpen bit with CME machine

Grind bits with hand held grinder

Manual transportation of bits into shop

Regular maintenance on CME machine

Repairs on CME machine

Clean and organize area

Follow site and company safety protocols and standards

Deliveries with company vehicle

Minimum Qualifications

Valid First Aid/CPR Certificate

Valid Drivers License is required

Sufficient language skills, literacy and numeracy skills to perform all job-related tasks

Labour background considered an asset

This position requires the successful candidate to meet the Fitness for Duty program standards.
