Overview
We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist who is an expert in ADP Workforce Now . If you’ve managed end-to-end payroll in ADP and you’re comfortable supporting day-to-day HR activities, we’d love to meet you.
Payroll responsibilities — primary focus
- Run full-cycle payroll using ADP Workforce Now (mandatory)
- Ensure accuracy of employee data, earnings, deductions, and pay adjustments
- Handle payroll validations, reconciliations, and reports
- Support year-end processes and respond to employee payroll questions
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with applicable payroll standards
HR support — nice-to-have / secondary
- Support recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, basic follow-ups
- Assist with HR admin tasks (employee documentation, onboarding support, file maintenance)
- Help with CNESST-related administrative follow-up and other small HR compliance tasks as needed
What we’re looking for
- Proven hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required - must be able to use it independently)
- Payroll experience in Québec (knowledge of local practices is a strong asset)
- French is required (English is an asset)
- Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and discreet with sensitive information
- Comfortable working in a small team and jumping in where needed
