With 10+ years of solid experience, we are proud to be a global leader in the field of data management. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Salesforce Administrator to come in and streamline many of our key lead-to-cash-to-post sale processes.
Lead the post-sale SFDC implementation - from CPQ, Renewals, ERP integration, and revenue recognition.
All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
Consultant approach to all submitted business requirements and advising on scalable, technical solutions with UX top of mind.
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed for consistency of reporting.
4+ years of proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
~ Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
~ Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
~ Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
~ Very good communication and relationship-building skills.
