We're seeking a talented Salesforce System Administrator to join our growing team and play a key role in optimizing our CRM platform and other cloud-based applications.

What you'll do:

  • Become a Salesforce guru – Manage user accounts, configure workflows, and ensure data integrity to keep our CRM running smoothly.
  • Integration expert – Develop strategies and collaborate with vendors to seamlessly connect Salesforce with other essential applications.
  • Cloud champion – Take charge of administering and supporting our cloud-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Security superhero – Monitor system activity, implement best practices, and assist with audits to safeguard our valuable data.
  • Knowledge sharer – Provide user training and support, empowering colleagues to leverage the full potential of Salesforce and other tools.
  • Strategic thinker – Contribute to the development of our IT roadmap, ensuring our technology aligns with evolving business goals.

What we're looking for:

  • A tech whiz with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a similar field.
  • A certified Salesforce Administrator, ready to unleash the power of the platform.
  • At least 4 years of experience working with cloud-based solutions and system administration.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience coding with Apex and Visualforce to further customize Salesforce.
  • Microsoft 365 Certification to streamline integrations across Microsoft products.
  • CISSP certification to demonstrate your commitment to robust security practices.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French to excel in our dynamic environment.
