Für unseren Standort in Köln suchen wir Dich zum nächstmöglichen Termin als Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)
Stellenbeschreibung
- Du bist Koordinator*in für die Rückgewinnung von Kund:innen
- Du bist für die Kündigungsbearbeitung in Salesforce und weiteren internen Systemen zuständig
- Analyse von Produkt-, Kunden-, und Marktdaten und Entwicklungen von Handlungsempfehlungen gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst das Schnittstellenmanagement und die Kommunikation mit dem Vertrieb und weiteren internen und externen Adressaten
- Mit Deinen Ideen unterstützt Du die Weiterentwicklung des Prozesses und der bestehenden Standards
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung abgeschlossen oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
- Du bringst (erste) Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Vertriebsinnendienst mit
- Du besitzt gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und bewegst Dich sicher in CRM-Systemen, idealerweise Salesforce
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägter Kunden/Serviceorientierung und zeichnest Dich zudem durch hohe Kommunikationsstärke aus
