Job Description: As a Computer Network Technician at E-Net Solutions Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our clients' computer networks. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructures that meet our clients' specific needs. Job Location :- Surrey,BC and Vancouver Island Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components Troubleshoot network issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime Monitor network performance and security, implementing necessary upgrades and improvements Collaborate with clients to assess their networking requirements and provide tailored solutions Assist in the design and implementation of network architectures Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity Perform routine network start up and close down and maintain control records Perform security and quality controls and conduct tests Maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures Control, monitor e-mail use, web navigation, and installed software Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements Qualifications: Completion of higher secondary school is required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or one or two years of experience Skills: Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching. Familiarity with network monitoring tools. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
