Currently, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as a  Recruitment Coordinator to support our projects in Northern Ontario. The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment and selection process for all levels of positions within the organization. Thekey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating all recruitment related tasks including candidate screening, scheduling and completing interviews, assisting with candidate selection and extending employment offers
  • Liaising with hiring managers and candidates for successful flow through the full recruitment cycle
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and all levels of management within the organization
  • Working closely with personnel from the HR Department, as well as other departments
  • Ensure the end-to-end recruitment cycle is being managed within our Applicant Tracking System and coach hiring managers on the overall recruitment and selection process
  • Responding promptly and professionally to all external applicants/candidates
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the application and hiring process by providing them with information, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns
  • Represent Technica at recruitment events including career fairs
  • Assist with other HR related tasks/projects as required
REQUIREMENTS
  • University or College degree in a related field is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in a recruitment, human resources, or related field is preferred
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time management skills
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work independently

Candidates must undergo pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
