- Prepare in-depth project estimates and budgets
- Track market conditions for informed decision-making
- Evaluate project risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Degree in a construction-related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of progressive project experience
- Expertise with regional construction trends
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of relevant design technologies
