PMO EMEA Sr Program Manager
This position supports major programs in the Kidney Care Segment including Project Evergreen driving Integrated Supply Chain Manufacturing network transfers, network capacity realignments, NPI and major MIP programs. This position manages cross-functional resourcing from ISC, R&D, Regulatory and Commercial organisations to deliver these programs. This position identifies capital and operational budget, including resources, required to successfully deliver the plan on time and budget. This position requires the ability to gain support from key stakeholders and senior management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead cross-company, cross-segment, and cross-functional initiatives and teams with a broad scope:
- Identify, engage, and gain necessary resources and stakeholder commitment.
- Drive change by identifying barriers, making recommendations, and implementing solutions.
- Drive results by leading project team, developing project plan and executing to established timelines.
- Communicate and present ongoing project status to senior management and stakeholders.
2. Analyze complex data with the understanding of trade-offs between different business objectives. Present recommendations, gain commitment, and implement solutions.
3. Partner with Network Planners to develop continuity of finished goods supply through product transition schedule.
Qualifications:
Project management qualifications/skills required. Strong critical thinking skills, ability to influence others, and effective communication skills required.
Education and/or Experience:
BS in Operations/Logistics/Engineering or similar degree preferred; minimum 5 years related project/program management experience required.
