Become a pivotal Branch Manager in Saskatoon, focusing on compliance and optimized branch operations in financial services. Support advisors while building strong, productive relationships to drive success. Your role will encompass ensuring compliance with industry regulations and corporate standards while managing daily operations. This position requires at least two years of experience in financial services, and your expertise in training will enhance advisor operations. You'll be expected to conduct annual audits and maintain strong oversight of compliance activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate compliance
- Conduct annual branch visits and create reports
- Review quarterly activity blotters and maintain compliance records
- Train and mentor advisors on policies and processes
- Facilitate smooth branch operations and communication
- 2+ years’ experience in financial services
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course and relevant certifications
- Proven problem-solving and communication abilities
- Leadership skills to support advisors and staff
- Licensed to work in Saskatoon, Canada
