Job Title: Organization & Talent Development (OTD) Supervisor (Maternity Cover Contract – 12 Months Fixed Term) Performance Management – Lead end‑to‑end performance management (goal setting → progress tracking → result application). Deliver monthly/quarterly Organizational Effectiveness Reports, including BU performance health diagnostics. Talent Infrastructure – Key talent programs: high‑potential identification, succession planning, leadership pipeline. Training execution: onboarding, compliance training, case study workshops. Drive employee experience improvement projects. Mandatory – Fluent in Chinese and English (reading/writing). ~3+ years of experience in culture/organization/talent development. ~ Valid US visa (for occasional short‑term travel). ~
