PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, an OSIE Company, is seeking a permanent full time Production Scheduler.

The Production Scheduler plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors the flow of products through the complete production cycle. Provides timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing work orders to the manufacturing floor. Communicates information about status updates or production changes and makes reports based on the flow and priorities for Production, Engineering, Materials Procurement, Customer Service and Top Management departments.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute customer orders within the CIMNET System's master production schedule to generate job travelers.
  • Review open sales orders to determine what, when and how many jobs need to be released.
  • Plan and release production job travelers to the floor considering production capacity, materials availability, resources, customer purchase order requirements and delivery timeline.
  • Ensure all jobs have been properly scanned, closed on CIMNET, and physically stored once they are completed.
  • Provide monthly yield data report to QA and Production.
  • Monitors production progress and adjusts job traveler release schedules as necessary to optimize
  • Collaborates with Customer service, Engineering, Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Quality departments for proto-type and repeated jobs production planning.

  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Production planning experience in a related industry is desired.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production process, quality control and job structures needed.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite and use of computer systems.
  • In‐depth knowledge of CIMNET or similar manufacturing software experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities are needed.
  • Proven ability to develop production scheduling procedures.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) in English.
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with other departments.
