Visiativ is aanwezig in Frankrijk en internationaal (Duitsland, België, Brazilië, Canada, de Verenigde Staten, Luxemburg, Marokko, Nederland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Zwitserland) en heeft meer dan 1.400 medewerkers. In de Benelux werken we vanuit twee kantoren; Aalst (België) & Zaltbommel (Nederland) met in totaal 45 medewerkers, actief in Engineering, Data Management, Manufacturing, 3D Printing, 3DExperience en SOLIDWORKS.

Jouw toekomstige missies:

Als onderdeel van onze ontwikkeling zijn we op zoek naar een PLM Consultant, in een subteam van 8 mensen dat zich richt op datamanagement.

  • Je rapporteert aan de Technical Manager en zorgt voor de implementatie van 3DEXPERIENCE PLM & Visiativ PLM services & solutions bij onze klanten
  • Je werkt samen met onze klanten om te zorgen voor een reeks opleidings-, advies- en auditacties om de inzet en het gebruik van onze oplossingen te optimaliseren
  • Samen met het technische team formaliseer je de verwachte aanpassingen en geavanceerde parameterisaties.
  • Je volgt en/of neemt deel aan de realisatie van deze aanpassingen

Wat dit concreet betekent:

  • Je begeleidt de klant tijdens de test-, aanpassings- en productiefasen
  • Tijdens de implementatiefase bied je ondersteuning en assistentie aan de teams en neem je deel aan de definitie van het change management en support plan
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het projectmanagement: Faciliteren van workshops, bijwerken van monitoring- en factureringsinformatie, regelmatige rapportage aan de projectstakeholders
  • Het kan nodig zijn om de klant in de loop van de tijd te volgen voor het onderhoud van zijn systeem (zorgen voor de governance van de technische architectuur, de verzoeken om evolutie analyseren en de impact van de implementatie van nieuwe functies)
  • Je helpt de pre-sales teams bij het analyseren en opstellen van technische offertes
  • Je bouwt voortdurend aan de kennis die nodig is om onze klanten te ondersteunen en breidt deze uit door examens en certificeringen bij onze leveranciers af te leggen
Jouw krachten voor deze positie:
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Je hebt een sterke IT-achtergrond, met name in architectuur, applicatieontwikkeling, software-integratie en databases

  • Visiativ PLM-consultants moeten de infrastructuur van de klant (server, LDAP, SQL/Oracle-database, enz.) begrijpen en kunnen bedienen (zonder expert te zijn)

  • Kennis van de industriële wereld en de belangrijkste software(s) (ERP, GED, CAD, PDM) is een pluspunt

  • Een professioneel niveau van Engels en Nederlands (spreken en schrijven) is vereist voor deze functie

  • Bereidheid om te reizen binnen de Benelux

  • Geldig rijbewijs B (auto)
