Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will accurately process orders, build relationships, and collaborate closely with Account Managers, making a positive impact on our customers’ experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Process quotes, sales orders, and tickets accurately
- Greet walk-in customers and manage incoming calls
- Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
- Collaborate with Account Managers on tasks
- Maintain strong customer relationships for future business
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Ability to maintain professionalism during busy periods
