Become an Advisory Agent at Desjardins, where you'll focus on enhancing the client experience in a full-time on-site capacity in the Laurentides region. Your role will be pivotal in member engagement. As an Advisory Agent, you will assist clients in understanding applications and technology for self-transactions. Your responsibilities include welcoming customers, evaluating their needs, and directing them effectively. You'll work closely with personal finance advisors to improve service and support clients dealing with irregularities. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide members in using self-service applications
- Provide a warm welcome and assess customer needs
- Contribute to business growth through quality service
- Help clients facing fraud by making appropriate referrals
- Collaborate with finance advisors to enhance client satisfaction
- No specific experience required; open to all
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship skills
- Advocate for diversity and a supportive workplace
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Full-time on-site availability required
