- Create excellent coffee and menu items
- Provide top-notch service to every guest
- Maintain hygiene and organization standards
- Stay calm during peak hours and busy shifts
- Collaborate with team members to meet goals
- At least 2 years in a cafe setting
- Passion for quality ingredients and customer satisfaction
- Strong multitasking abilities and work ethic
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn and enhance skills
