Join the Buying team at The Aldo Group as a Buying Coordinator, focusing on data maintenance and purchase order tracking for Call It Spring footwear. This position merges fashion enthusiasm with operational skills. As a Buying Coordinator, you will support the Call It Spring Footwear Buying team through various administrative and coordination tasks. Your strong communication and organizational skills will facilitate interactions with cross-functional partners, enhancing the efficiency of purchase orders and data management. The ideal candidate is proactive and has a keen interest in fashion trends within the retail sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in weekly in-season management and recap reporting
- Maintain and update seasonal assortment information
- Input approved product lines into templates
- Collaborate with other departments for marketing tasks
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in a relevant area
- 1 to 2 years in a retail or fashion buying role
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Passionate about fashion and current consumer trends
