- Lead and develop electrical design staff through guidance
- Oversee all phases of electrical design projects
- Ensure compliance with technical codes and standards
- Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies
- Implement policies to enhance operational efficiency
- P.Eng. registration in Ontario is mandatory
- Proven experience in building systems engineering
- Proficient in AUTOCAD; knowledge of MS Office needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to meet CAPM/PMP certification requirements
