Dilawri Group is now activelysearching for a  Licensed Service Technician  to join the teamat 401 Dixie Volkswagen .

  • G or G2 License with a clean driving record

Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance services followingindustry standards and manufacturer guidelines as assigned.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics toidentify any malfunctions and perform the repair.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpointcomplex problems.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to communicaterepair recommendations to customers.
  • Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior toperforming warranty repairs.
  • Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety orservice work is required.
  • Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technologyadvancements, and updates in automotive systems.
  • Complete repair orders accurately and in a timelymanner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Valid 310s License.
  • Proven experience as a licensed Automotive Technician (3+years preferred).
  • Strong product knowledge.
  • Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
  • Knowledge of the latest automotive technology andadvancements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment toquality workmanship.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and teammembers.
  • Brand experience preferred.
