Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a **Parts Advisor **to join the team at **401 Dixie Volkswagen**.

- Have automotive parts experience in a dealership environment
- CDK and ETKA preferred
- Enjoy and appreciate the iconic and exceptional Volkswagen

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently help customers choose parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high-quality services
- Provide customers with information about accessory parts and specials
- Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts
- Organize and fill orders out of the stock
- Organize orders for shipping, delivery purposes, or daily pickup
- Help to stock all new parts on shelves and maintain parts properly and organized at all times

**Qualifications**:

- The enthusiasm to be part of one of the fastest growing automotive sales teams in the industry
- The aspiration to grow beyond this position
- Experience with CDK/ETKA required
- Honda experience an asset
- Wholesale experience an asset
- Good time management skills
- Dealership experience in a parts department preferred
