Your Role and Responsibilities
The Solution and Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of client contracts, from initial negotiation to execution and ongoing management. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The Solution and Contract Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the contract period, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and draft contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and other internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations, seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, proactively addressing any deviations or risks.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to contracts, processes, and best practices.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.


This role is located in Quebec.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
- Experience working in an M&A projects environment.
- Domain experience in Aerospace & Defense
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial, operational, and strategic implications of M&A transactions.
- Proficiency in change management principles and methodologies, with a focus on driving organizational alignment and cultural integration.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed recommendations in high-pressure situations.
