As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll join our team with an exciting opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and management of Windows-based infrastructure, Azure services, enterprise applications, and backup/storage solutions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain Windows-based systems and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments to ensure reliability, security, and performance of servers, Active Directory, and related services.

• Architect, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure components, including virtual machines, networks, and Azure AD. Configure Azure services to support business applications and workflows effectively.

• Manage AWS cloud resources, including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, RDS databases, and IAM roles.

• Design and maintain backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and data retention policies using solutions like Rubrik and PureStorage for data protection and availability.

• Design, deploy, and manage virtualized environments using VMware hypervisor technologies, optimizing for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.

• Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance measures within the infrastructure environment to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as SOC2 and SOX.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts, templates, and workflows using tools like PowerShell, Azure Automation, and VMware vSphere Automation to streamline infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.

• Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and implement performance tuning measures using tools such as DataDog and LogicMonitor to enhance infrastructure reliability and efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into infrastructure solutions. Share expertise and best practices through documentation, training sessions, and mentorship with team members.

Education and certifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or any other related field.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of infrastructure engineering experience, specializing in Windows operating systems, Azure infrastructure, and backup/storage solutions.

• Proficient in Windows server administration, Active Directory management, and Group Policy configuration.

• Hands-on experience with Azure services including VMs, Azure AD, Azure Networking, and enterprise app registrations.

• Familiarity with enterprise backup and storage solutions like Rubrik and PureStorage.

• Expertise in VMware vSphere and virtualization technologies, encompassing ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN.

• Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

• Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within team environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Additional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent are advantageous.

En tant que développeur d’infrastructure senior, vous rejoindrez notre équipe avec une opportunité passionnante de diriger la conception, la mise en œuvre et la gestion de l'infrastructure basée sur Windows, des services Azure, des applications d'entreprise et des solutions de sauvegarde/stockage.

Principales fonctions et responsabilités :

• Concevoir, déployer et maintenir des systèmes et une infrastructure basée sur Windows à travers des environnements sur site et cloud pour garantir la fiabilité, la sécurité et les performances des serveurs, de l'Active Directory et des services connexes.

• Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et gérer les composants de l'infrastructure Azure, y compris les machines virtuelles, les réseaux et Azure AD. Configurer les services Azure pour soutenir efficacement les applications métier et les flux de travail.

• Gérer les ressources cloud AWS, y compris les instances EC2, les compartiments S3, les bases de données RDS et les rôles IAM.

• Concevoir et maintenir des stratégies de sauvegarde, des plans de reprise après sinistre et des politiques de rétention des données à l'aide de solutions comme Rubrik et PureStorage pour la protection et la disponibilité des données.

• Concevoir, déployer et gérer des environnements virtualisés en utilisant les technologies de l'hyperviseur VMware, en optimisant les performances, la scalabilité et l'efficacité des ressources.

• Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques de sécurité, les contrôles d'accès et les mesures de conformité au sein de l'environnement infrastructurel pour garantir le respect des exigences réglementaires telles que SOC2 et SOX.

• Développer et maintenir des scripts d'automatisation, des modèles et des flux de travail à l'aide d'outils tels que PowerShell, Azure Automation et VMware vSphere Automation pour rationaliser les processus de provisionnement et de déploiement de l'infrastructure.

• Surveiller les performances du système, analyser les tendances et mettre en œuvre des mesures d'optimisation des performances à l'aide d'outils tels que DataDog et LogicMonitor pour améliorer la fiabilité et l'efficacité de l'infrastructure.

• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour comprendre les besoins métier et les traduire en solutions d'infrastructure. Partager l'expertise et les meilleures pratiques à travers la documentation, les sessions de formation et le mentorat avec les membres de l'équipe

Formation et certifications :

Licence en informatique, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.

Compétences requises :

• 5 ans d'expérience en ingénierie infrastructurelle, spécialisée dans les systèmes d'exploitation Windows, l'infrastructure Azure et les solutions de sauvegarde/stockage.

• Maîtrise de l'administration de serveurs Windows, de la gestion de l'Active Directory et de la configuration des stratégies de groupe.
