Join the Fusion TeamWe are searching for an exceptionally talented People & Culture Coordinator (Contract) to join our growing team and help us deliver on our customer promise. Reporting to the Senior Director, People & Culture, this will be an opportunity to gain valuable and meaningful work experience alongside a strong team.What You’ll be Doing:Maintain files, track vacations, and prepare visa reports for review.Coordinate training sessions and manage onboarding, offboarding, and promotions.Prepare GM meeting slides and draft communications.Plan YOS Awards and arrange team lunches as needed.Support recruiting efforts by facilitating assessments and printing interview materials.What You Bring to the Table:Currently enrolled or recently completed a Business or equivalent program at an accredited University or College.A self-starter attitude and a drive to deliver high-quality projects while defying expectations.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Why You Should Join Fusion:Award-winning company cultureNumerous opportunities for growth and professional development Exciting social events and Employee Recognition Program Competitive hourly wage
