- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or equivalent
- Five years of progressive experience in proposal roles
- Certification from APMP or similar preferred
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
- Advanced skills in InDesign and graphic design techniques
