Collaborating closely with our senior leadership team, you'll handle multiple projects, bring structure to our project management processes, and exert influence to bring outcomes to life.

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, setting timelines, and mapping risks and mitigation plans. You will set the path for success, turning big ideas into tangible, action-oriented strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Lead and inspire project contributors, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment while driving accountability to deadlines and outcomes. You will establish an atmosphere of trust and respect, driving team performance and encouraging growth.
• Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and any changes to initial plans. You will ensure everyone remains on the same page and that no one is surprised at any point.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop robust mitigation strategies and early warning systems. You will act as our first line of defense, proactively identifying threats and developing plans to navigate them successfully.
• Reporting & Record-Keeping: Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on project status, including completed tasks and future plans. You’ll take pride in documenting processes in a timely fashion and standardizing project management templates. You will ensure that no detail is lost in the shuffle and everyone has the data they need.
• Continuous Improvement: Everyday you will have the chance to streamline and make things more effective at the same time. When problems happen, you will solve them at the root so they don’t happen again. You know how to use the build → measure → learn loop to effectively drive improvements over time.
• Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, timeline, or resources in a transparent and efficient manner. You will adapt quickly to shifting priorities, ensuring that changes are smoothly integrated without disrupting project flow.

• Proven Experience: You have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion, ideally in a fast-paced tech startup or scaleup environment.
• Systems Thinker: You have a knack for seeing the bigger picture and understand how individual components interact to form a whole. You can foresee the downstream impacts of decisions made today and you use these to inform your approach on everything you work on. You understand when it’s the right time to build fast and scrappy, or slow to scale, and how to balance these things to meet both short- and long-term objectives.
• Prioritization & Time Management: You're adept at juggling multiple tasks, setting priorities, and managing your time effectively. You don’t need guidance on structuring your day and you can effectively assess and shuffle priorities on the fly. You can juggle anything and you have devised ways of keeping yourself organized and on pace without losing track of any of the details.
• Stakeholder Management: You excel at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring everyone is kept informed and engaged. You can work with anyone and you can quickly and effectively assess what is important to any given stakeholder, and how to influence across reporting lines to ensure everyone is working in parallel to achieve the outcomes needed for the business.
• Decision-making and Leadership: You're a strong leader with the ability to make informed, timely decisions and drive a project to its completion. You are comfortable making the call to move things along quickly, even when you don’t have all the information to be 100% confident in the right call. You wield your leadership skills to push through obstacles and set clear vision for your stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills: You're skilled at identifying potential obstacles and finding effective solutions quickly. You understand the most powerful thing you can do to drive solutions is to deeply understand the problem. You are innovative and push boundaries when it comes to finding the best solution - you don’t just stick to the obvious or the “tried and true” strategies.
• Communication: You possess exemplary communication skills, with the ability to articulate project objectives, expectations, and status updates to all stakeholders. You are equally eloquent and comfortable communicating in writing, in person, and when speaking to large groups. You can always lead a discussion to an outcome, no matter how many people and different opinions are in the room.
• Adaptability: You thrive in unstructured environments and can quickly adapt to changes. You're comfortable introducing structure where needed and can navigate the complexity of a startup with ease. You don’t cling to process for the sake of process – you understand that process is a tool to be used alongside many others to be maximally effective.
• Business-Savvy: You have a keen understanding of the business landscape and are adept at aligning project objectives with overarching business goals. You are always aware of the bigger picture, ensuring every partnership project contributes positively to our business's bottom line.
• Bonus points if you're proficient with Google Suite and Mac applications.
