As an Intermediate Environmental Project Manager you will join our Edmonton, Alberta office as part of our Assessment, Remediation, Reclamation and Monitoring (ARRM) team.
The successful applicant will be involved in a broad range of projects with responsibilities as follows:
Support simple to moderately complex ARRM projects
Ensure internal communication and collaboration to facilitate delivery of high-quality products to meet our clients’ unique project needs
Manage project scopes, schedules and budgets
Coordinate with internal project teams across disciplines, including engineers, hydrogeologists, soil scientists and ecologists
Communicate with clients and project related stakeholders
Manage client communications and expectations
Prepare technical correspondence, proposals, work plans and cost estimates
Mentor and develop junior staff members
Technical diploma or degree in environmental science, project management or a related field
A minimum of three (3) years’ previous project management experience
Project management experience in ARRM projects in Alberta, British Columbia or Saskatchewan would be considered an asset
Experience with Workday software would be an enormous asset
Experience managing client relationships
Eligibility for registration in or a member in good standing of a professional organization would be considered an asset
Willingness to provide direction and mentorship to more junior professionals
A valid and clean class 5 driver’s license with no restrictions
