BDO is seeking a Director of Talent Management & Workforce Insights to spearhead initiatives in HR innovation and employee insights. This role is vital in shaping BDO’s people-centric strategies. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this Director will influence the firm's talent management framework and ensure alignment with business goals. Your efforts in implementing People Analytics and organizational development will create measurable impact, driving talent decisions and enhancing overall workforce effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead firmwide talent management initiatives
- Utilize analytics for informed decision-making across HR
- Enhance Total Rewards programs and employee engagement
- Foster organizational readiness and leadership development
- Modernize HR operations for efficacy and quality
- Strong senior HR leadership background
- Expertise in complex talent management portfolios
- Innovation in workforce planning and analytics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field
