Nous sommes à la recherche d'un professionnel talentueux ayant une expérience et des capacités techniques et de gestion supérieure dans la réalisation de projets pour différents ministères fédéraux. Sous sa direction, il dirigera un ensemble de projets variés avec un groupe de professionnels à travers l 'Est du Canada . Différents emplacements sont disponibles dont nos bureaux de Montréal, Brossard ou Ville de Québec.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Vous serez le principal point de contact avec nos Clients fédéraux basés au Québec;
  • Vous aurez à coordonner et superviser des professionnels de différentes spécialités et répartis dans différents bureaux;
  • Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de direction de l'Est du Canada;
  • Vous serez responsable d'élaborer et d'implanter des programmes annuels d'exécution de plusieurs projets Fédéraux en plus d'être la personne clé dans les ententes de services pour le portefolio fédéral;
  • Vous superviserez l'ensemble des étapes de projets de caractérisation environnementale – phase II et de réhabilitation de terrains contaminés et autres projets à caractère environnemental ;
  • Vous serez responsable de la gestion de l'ensemble des étapes de projets en respectant les budgets et les échéanciers tout en assurant la qualité de l'exécution des services et la révision technique des rapports;
  • Vous connaissez bien les particularités de l'approche fédérale en matière de gestion des sites contaminés, sans s'y limiter : L'interprétation des résultats d'analyses chimiques des échantillons de sols et d'eau souterraine en fonction des recommandations canadiennes pour la qualité des sols (RQS) du Conseil canadien des ministres de l'Environnement (CCME); Le plan d'action pour les sites contaminés fédéraux (PASCF); Le cadre décisionnel sur les exigences en matière de gestion des sites contaminés fédéraux au Canada;
  • Vous développerez des modèles conceptuels de problématique de site ainsi que des évaluations d'options de réhabilitation;
  • Vous validerez des offres de services professionnels, incluant l'évaluation budgétaire.

Ce que nous recherchons en vous :

  • Un leadership assumé et un esprit d'équipe capable de collaborer avec plusieurs professionnels de différents niveaux d'expérience;
  • Une capacité de synthèse et d'analyse supérieure;
  • Une grande expérience dans des projets fédéraux ;
  • Personne organisée, méthodique, responsable et débrouillarde qui désire se développer dans une entreprise appartenant à ses employés.

Formation et compétences

  • Baccalauréat en génie de l'environnement, génie géologique ou génie civil ou autres spécialités environnementales intimement liées à la réalisation des projets de caractérisation et de réhabilitation;
  • Cumuler plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'environnement;
  • Expérience établie sur de nombreux projets fédéraux ;
  • Posséder de l'expérience avec PFAS sera considéré un atout;
  • Connaissance approfondie de la réglementation environnementale québécoise et fédérale;
  • Excellentes aptitudes de communication tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (français et anglais*);
  • Posséder un permis de conduire valide et une voiture;
  • La carte ASP Construction sera considérée un atout.

*Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous devrez intervenir avec des clients clés internes et externes dans l'équipe de l'Est du Canada et les équipes canadiennes ou mondiales de façon régulière, autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
