This position provides the opportunity for a well-rounded technologist to contribute across various phases from schematic design to construction documents. Your design input and project management skills will play a pivotal role in the firm’s success. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive detail and design work
- Manage projects throughout their lifecycle
- Prepare construction documents and working drawings
- Engage with city officials for required approvals
- Develop junior staff through mentorship
- 6 to 20 years of architectural experience
- Proficiency in Revit with technical drawing expertise
- Independent project management proficiency
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Background in multi-family and mixed-use developments
